Question by : Can I use Windows Server 2008 in Virtualbox; and create a LAN out of other VMs?
This is just for my network lab, i was wondering if this is possible before I purchase the server 2008.

Yes you can use Server 2008 in Virtualbox. But I am not quite sure what you mean by “create a LAN”. Virtual machines dont create LANs. Routers do, if you want to create another LAN, you will either need to use more than one router. However some firmwares such as DD-WRT will allow you to have another network specified by one of the ethernet ports on the router. Not all routers support DD-WRT.
